Letter from the Owner

Hi, I'm Jasmine,

I started Jasmine’s Apparel (JA Apparel) because I want to inspire others the way that inspirational clothing inspired me. As a young teenager that has suffered from depression, I know how challenging it can be to find something to bring you out of that dark hole. My relationship with Jesus Christ and the inspiration I felt from wearing inspirational clothing is what helped me get through. One day I heard a message in church asking what our impact would be on the world. How would we make the world brighter than how we found it? How would we let Jesus’s light shine through us? I left the service determined to make a difference in my community. I looked on Instagram to find ideas on the subject and I came across a Christian apparel page that was looking for models. I was so overjoyed that I nearly ran to my parents to share what I had found. After explaining how I could work into their plan I was asked a question. If you are so passionate about this clothing line idea, why not do it yourself? I thought to myself, “ That’s a really good question.” so that’s what I did. Jasmine’s Apparel is my way of bringing hope and joy to the world during these not-so-happy times.
